Dr Shradha spent her early years in Sirsi. She completed MBBS from Belgaum Institute of Medical Sciences and Post Graduation in Psychiatry from Goa Medical college with First rank. She worked as a clinical research fellow in NIMHANS in a project funded by the University of Liverpool. She is also a certified child birth educator from CAPPA(USA). Dr Shraddha exudes an air of quiet confidence. She is empathetic to the struggles of her patients and is a keen listener. She is warm and instills hope and optimism in her patients. She is well versed in the treatment of the entire range of psychiatric disorders like schizophrenia, manic depressive psychosis, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, ADHD, autism, sleep disorder, sexual dysfunction, dementia etc. She is deeply passionate about her work and is committed to spreading awareness about psychiatric illnesses. She has many patient educational videos and has published many articles in reputed clinical journals. She has contributed to many newspapers and magazines. She has a keen interest in Geriatric psychiatry and she spent a year working in a geriatric care centre in Bangalore. Recently Dr Shraddha has started Youtube and Spotify channels to spread awareness about mental health illnesses.
